DAY 2: EARTH & FLOW

EARLY MORNING – Guided hike through Andreas Canyon: Walk shaded desert trails and wade into freshwater pools for a gentle baptism by nature.
9:00 AM – Poolside Breakfast: Light and nourishing fare to fuel your day.
MID-DAY
11:00 AM – Pool Yoga: A flowing practice to stretch, detox, and align.
12:30 PM – Light Lunch: Locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to support vitality.
