Korakia Policies

Guarantee Policies:

A valid credit card is required to reserve a room. Standard reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at time of booking and the remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to check in. Holiday and special event periods will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking and balance 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked under the advance purchase discount or other special offers including limited time offers and last-minute specials are fully pre-paid and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies:

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 3 days in advance of your arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Holiday and special event reservations may be cancelled prior to 15 days of arrival but deposit will be forfeited and after 15 days all additional charges including deposit will be nonrefundable. Reservations booked under the advance purchase discount or other special offers including limited time offers and last-minute specials are fully pre-paid and non-refundable. A group reservation cancellation has a unique cancellation policy and must be handled by the General Manager.

Retreat Policies:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm / Checkout time is 12:00 pm.
• All lodging is double occupancy. ANY lodging with more than 2 people must be cleared with the hotel. Korakia reserves the right to charge an additional $150 and a $30 resort fee for the 3rd person. No room can accommodate 4 people. Guests arriving with 4 or more people in one accommodation must purchase another room. If a guest leaves because they don’t want to purchase another room Korakia will still hold them responsible for the reserved room.
• Serenity is our greatest luxury. We kindly ask that you indulge in this experience for the enjoyment of yourself and others.
• We understand Korakia is very picturesque, however, we ask that you are respectful to the guest experience and limit photography around the property. Professional cameras are prohibited. If you would like to schedule a photo shoot please contact our General Manager.
• Only guests staying at Korakia are able to use our facilities. Korakia can not accommodate any day guests at any time.
• Korakia accepts children 13 years and older when accompanied by an adult.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property at any time. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot.
• Personal outdoor amplified music is prohibited at all times. No portable speakers are allowed poolside or in the patio areas.
• We offer wireless service within the property, but please note we do not have televisions or telephones in our guestrooms.
• Please do not park in non-designated Korakia Parking.
• Please be aware that we will charge a lost room key fee of $50 if the room key is not returned at the end of your stay.
• Massage treatments are available with advance booking.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for any treatments scheduled.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets with the exception of licensed service animals. We can recommend local pet housing.
• Late checkout will be billed at the half-day rate but will only be available if the room is not booked for the following night.

Alcohol Policies:

• No outside alcohol is permitted at Korakia Pensione
• Alcohol is available for purchase for hotel guests only 
• Alcohol is available for purchase from 8:00am-10:00pm daily
