House Details

The Orchard House is a rare, original 1918 adobe that sits in a private citrus grove within the Mediterranean Villa of Korakia. The large, wraparound stone courtyard is an intimate spot to enjoy the fountain and shade of the fruit trees, or on chilly nights, the outdoor stone fireplace. The large bath also features a wood-burning fireplace, near its deep copper bathtub for two.

The bedroom, with its king-size bed, opens right to the private courtyard and fireplace. The Orchard house has a full kitchen, dining and living room, and three fireplaces. The historic villa is the ideal setting for an intimate wedding or elopement. After a private setting, host up to 25 guests for a seated dinner. The home can accommodate 30 guests for a cocktail reception.
