Korakia Policies

Guarantee Policies:

A valid credit card is required to reserve a room. Standard reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at time of booking and the remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to check in. Holiday and special event periods will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking and balance 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked under the advance purchase discount or other special offers including limited time offers and last-minute specials are fully pre-paid and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies:

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 3 days in advance of your arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Holiday and special event reservations may be cancelled prior to 15 days of arrival but deposit will be forfeited and after 15 days all additional charges including deposit will be nonrefundable. Reservations booked under the advance purchase discount or other special offers including limited time offers and last-minute specials are fully pre-paid and non-refundable. A group reservation cancellation has a unique cancellation policy and must be handled by the General Manager.
